Why Women should not be working from 9 am to 6 pm?

Long working days and weeks, especially if they are accompanied by stress, are not useful to anyone. But one new study has shown that the 40-hours working week harms for women more than men!

In numbers, the expert survey of youth well named organization. They tracked, as the working habits 7492 men and women affect health over the 32 years of their life. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect on our health habit to work full time.

The scientists focused on the 8 most popular problems:

  • Heart Disease
  • Heart Failure
  • Cancer of All Types of Arthritis
  • Diabetes
  • Chronic Lung Disease
  • Asthma
  • Depression
  • Blood Pressure Problems

After analyzing the report, they found that a full working week (40 or 50+ hours per week) is associated with an increased risk of these four chronic diseases:

  • If you work more than 50 hours a week, it may occur the increased risk of cardiovascular disease;
  • If you work more than 50 hours a week, you have a much higher chance of getting cancer;
  • Arthritis – a disease of people who work for decades longer than 40 hours per week;
  • Diabetes – another disease workaholics. You do not take a vacation for years? So you’re at risk.

But when the researchers tried to break up these results by gender, they found something amazing! It turns out that health harms associated with fatigue working, especially noticeable for women!

In other words, the habit of working from morning till evening harms women much more!

Men who are regularly and long work as a whole remains healthy they only more likely than lazy, develop arthritis other significant side effects, we can say no.

The researchers explain – As for the rest, it is actually that men are more healthy; those who are working for a long time they get sick less; the men who sit at home their heart works better, they are less likely to suffer from lung disease and depression!

But for women the side effects of the work is much more horrible.

For example, women who work 60 or more hours a week, have three times higher risk of diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Hypertension and asthma is generally a disease of women workaholics who work for 9-10 hours a day.

So Why Such a Big Difference between Men and Women?

Researchers believe that the whole thing in the household work. Men almost do not prepare, not clean and not coddle children.

A Woman comes home after work and they begin “Second Shift”. In fact, their working day is longer! And the stress they are experiencing too much more during the day.

But that is not all. It turns out that women, unlike men, suffer also from “Negative Psychosocial Characteristics” associated with the job.

In simple terms, women in the offices of corny have more problems; they trusted less important projects, they are less willing to learn new skills, they have fewer chances of upward occupational mobility, they are more likely than men to hold monotonous routine work.

In general, sexism makes women’s career harder than men. And additional household responsibilities make women literally wear to work.

What to do? The answer is obvious!

In fact you have two options: either to become a housewife (in terms of health, is the best option), or to find a man who will share your family responsibilities.
